National Green Building Base Holds Plate-Giving Ceremony

On March 28, the 10th Green Building Conference was held in Beijing. At the conference, Vice Minister of Housing Qiu Baoxing, President J. Henley of the World Green Building Committee and other officials presented the plates to Shanghai Landsea Architecture Technology Co., Ltd. and other consortium organizations. Only four Green Building Bases in North China, South China, East China and Southwest China received the plates.
At the promotion of the bases, general manager of Landsea Architecture Technology Co., Ltd. Chen Dongliang introduced Landsea R&D Base in Changxing. So far, the base has finalized the building of the Conference & Training Building, Dinning Hall and Brooke Hotel. The Laboratory Building is now under construction and is basically prepared for such functions as meetings, training, and visits. In the future, it will gradually become a platform of exchange, collaborative R&D, discussions about innovation and integrated application for the green building industry and associations. By effectively integrating regional resources, and promoting the formation and extension of the green building system and the complete set of technologies for green buildings suitable for regional climate environment, it will push forward the development of the regional green building industry.
Chen Dongliang also delivered an invitation to officials and specialists in the green building industry to visit the Landsea R&D Base in Changxing for the purpose of guidance, exchange and cooperation.
