The research and development (R&D) center of Landsea Technology is essential to remain competitive in our business, where technology is a fundamental. The R&D center conducts the technology research and product development activities aiming to deliver energy efficient solutions. The R&D center also provides consulting services to internal and external clients.
Landsea invested more than CNY 100 Million last fiscal year researching new technologies and developing products. It now devotes at least 2% of its annual revenue to research and development of sustainable buildings.
