The Planning and Architectural Design Institute haves top level capabilities ongreen building design. The institute is certified by China’s State Construction Department as a high-grade building design institute and a geotechnical engineering institute.
The institute is staffed with more than a hundred professionals and technical personnel with expertise in areas such as architecture, green building technology and fine interior design. Senior staff includes registered architects, structural engineers, electrical engineers, geotechnical engineers, electronics and field engineers. More than 40% of the staffers are senior level and nearly 20 are certified experts.
In addition to the conventional civil engineering and architectural design services the institute also offers innovative services such as wind simulations, shading analysis, energy consumption analysis, building life-cycle analysis, resident health consulting, environmental protection consulting, and domestic and international green building certification services.
The institute was conceived to provide integrated green building design and consulting services emphasizing the characteristics of fine aesthetic design.The institute has designed real estate projects covering a surface of more than 3 million square meters; half of these projects have been awarded China’s national Green Energy Tree Star Certification.
