Landsea European Building Technology was incorporated in Germany to capitalize on the more than thirty years of European experiences and technologies in the design and construction of energy efficient buildings.  Alignedwith the Landsea Group strategy, the company actively explores and studies sustainable building design, energy efficient technologies, and new materials and products in Europe.

Landsea Europe has established partnerships and cooperation agreements with academia, architectural design firms, construction firms, and equipment & material manufacturers. These relations aim to raise Landsea’s capabilities and will position the firm and partners on track to jointly develop China’s potentially huge green building market. Landsea long-term plans include entering the German real estate market. Since September 2011 Landsea is a registered member of the German Green Building Council.
