Landsea has established partnerships with suppliers that share the same strategic goals that make an efficient use of energy in their process and that offer sustainable products and solutions. Landsea strives to minimize the carbon footprint of the complete supply chain and believes that it’s easier to control waste and emissions at source. 

Our supply chain management process is divided into two main stages, first we identify suppliers according with their green technology capabilities and their ability to fulfill international energy conservation standards; second, we control their performance. Once the construction projects are finalized and units are ready for the interior design we follow the same two - stage process to ensure the highest quality and energy efficiency of flooring, furniture, energy management systems, ventilation systems and waste management systems.
