Our research and development (R&D)department was established in March 2004 and haves nearly a decade of experience researching and developing green building technologies.Through these years of activities our R&D department has setup facilities in Europe working with the world’s most advanced green building technologies. Our R&D activities are customer centered and are conducted in close cooperation with domestic and foreign research institutes and building equipment suppliers.
The Landsea Technology R&D center provides state of the art green building technology to our parent company and to external clients. Close cooperation with other business divisions of our parent company ensures synergies and the practicality of the outcome of our work. Landsea Technology works closely with the residential, commercial, healthcare and hotel real estate divisions of the Landsea Group. We strive to develop energy efficient housing solutions and to provide residents a comfortable and healthy living environment.
