Landsea U.S. Sponsored L.A. Chinatown Firecracker Run/Walk

Landsea U.S. was invited to attend and sponsored the 39th L.A. Chinatown Firecracker 5k/10k walk/run for the year of the Rooster. John Ho, CEO of Landsea U.S. lighted the firecracker at the opening ceremony, together with Mike Forsum, COO of Landsea, other colleagues from Landsea’s Irvine Headquarter, joyfully participated the 5k/10k run/walk.
The Chinatown Firecracker is an annual welfare event in L.A. . Landea’s first sponsorship for such an influential event in 3 years greatly promoted the company’s brand name and reputation. With its vigorous growth and increased social influences, Landsea would be more active in supporting and participating local welfare events and making contributions to the society, said John Ho.
Landsea is growing rapidly on Eastern and Western Coasts, with 7 projects under development and 3 projects on sale. Kingswood, home project on East Bay Area, is close to the end ; South Portola at Orange County in South California and Sunnyvale in the Silicon Valley will be introduced to the market soon.
