Landsea has been shortlisted for the "Top 10 Turnover Growth of Top 100 Hong Kong Listed Companies" on April 19. HK-listed companies with the largest turnover growth in 2017 will be the finalists of the "Top100 - Top 10 Turnover Growth".

The transformation and upgrading strategy of "differentiated products, light assets and international market" has achieved remarkable results in 2017. Steady growth can be seen in all operation and financial indexes: contracted sales under “Products of Landsea” contributed RMB 32.053 billion; annual operation income amounted to RMB 6.214 billion; core net profit reached RMB 930 million, of which the development service industry of light assets contributed about RMB 310 million; the net debt ratio dropped to 48.8% and ROE was up to 25.2%. At the meantime, based on the major properties business, Landsea engaged in more sectors, including long-term rental apartment, elderly care services, green finance, green architecture design, property services, green decoration, assets operation and sales services, thus establishing a system of green business gradually.
